How long will it take for my world map photo print to arrive?
Your world map on canvas, wood, aluminium or other material will be dispatched within 6 working days following your order. In most cases, your order will be delivered well within a period of 7 working days. For formats larger than 100 x 100 and 80 x 120 cm, the delivery time is 7 to 12 working days.

 

How will my order be packed?
Your world map you ordered will be very well packed. We have many years of experience, and have already safely delivered tens of thousands of parcels. We use cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If, in spite of these precautions, your order is damaged in the post, we will send you a new replacement.

 

Is there a fee for P&P?
We charge £8.85 per order for postage and packing. This charge remains £8.85 even if your order is made up of multiple packages.

 

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you're not home on the day your order arrives, the delivery person will always leave a note, and you’ll be able to arrange a new delivery time. You can also arrange for a neighbour to accept the delivery on your behalf. In this case, let the delivery person know where they can deliver your world map on wood, canvas, aluminium or other material.

 

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we do! For deliveries to Belgium, P&P costs £8.85. We can also deliver to Germany or Austria. In this case, please order via our German site Weltkarten.de.


 

Returning my order

Our products are made according to your personal specifications. You may of course return the product if you’re not satisfied with the quality, if the product is damaged, or if parts are missing. In any of these cases, please follow these three steps:

1. Let us know!
Do you have a complaint? Let us know if you have any comments or complaints about your order within 3 days of receiving it. We will deal with it as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your product. You will hear from us within 24 hours of submitting your comment or complaint. You can email your complaint with a photo of the problem to: info@worldmap.co.uk

2. We will send you a returns label
We will make a returns label, and email it to you. Please print this label and affix it to the parcel to be returned. Then hand in the parcel to your nearest DHL agent.

3. You will receive a new photo product, gift voucher, or your money back.
Within 3 working days of receiving the returned product, and depending on your complaint and comments, we will provide you with a new product, a gift voucher, or your money back (by bank transfer).

Please note: our products are custom-made for you, so returns require valid grounds.

How do I place an order?
Click the 'order' button on the menu bar. We have made ordering as simple as possible. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us by emailing info@worldmap.co.uk or calling us on +31 85 401 3312.

 

Can I also order a gift voucher?
Yes, you can! This is the same as ordering any other product. Click the 'order' button on the menu bar.
We have gift vouchers with different values.

 

Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can!

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Your order is custom-made, and dispatched within 6 days of receiving your order, so production starts very quickly. If your order has already entered production, it can unfortunately no longer be changed.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address as a present?
Yes, you can! You can select this option when ordering.


 

Prices and payment

How much do Worldmap.co.uk products cost?
Our prices for each different size are shown on the prices page of Worldmap.co.uk.

 

Can I get a discount on larger orders?
For 20 or more world map products, discounts may be available. To apply for a discount, please contact info@worldmap.co.uk, specifying 'discount request' as the subject. Our sales department will get back to you within 1 working day.

 

How do I pay?

 

1. Payment by bank transfer

  • You can pay by bank transfer via your own bank. The disadvantage is that it takes longer to process your payment than with our iDeal payment option, usually 1 to 2 days. We can only start making your order once your payment appears on our bank account.
  • If you choose this option, please include your name and order number in the reference field. As soon as we receive your payment, we will start making your order.

2. Pay later

  • You can also pay with the 'pay later' option, where you only pay after receiving your order (within 14 days of receiving the invoice). The difference between this method and a bank transfer is that we will start making your order immediately. Our payment partner Afterpay is responsible for confidential processing of your payment.
  • If 'pay later' doesn't work,
  • this option may have been disabled. This is because Afterpay, which processes our payments, checks your payment and details with every new payment request. Deze toetsing bestaat uit het controleren van uw (betaal)gegevens. If this test fails, Afterpay has probably found something that has led it to disable the 'pay later' option. This test is carried out to prevent any potential misuse of the 'pay later' service. Afterpay adheres to a strict privacy policy, as described in its privacy statement.
  • If your 'pay later' request is denied, you may of course still use one of our other payment options (iDeal or bank transfer).

3. iDeal (your order enters production immediately)

  • iDeal allows you to pay for your order quickly and securely. The advantage of paying with iDeal is that we receive your payment immediately, and can start making your order right away. To pay with iDeal, go to your shopping basket and select the iDEAL payment option.

Will I receive an invoice?
Once you have placed your order, an invoice will automatically be sent to the email address you provide. Check your spam folder if this invoice does not arrive immediately in your inbox. Still did not receive your invoice? Please contact info@worldmap.co.uk. Our customer service department will make sure you get your invoice.

 

Returning your Worldmap.co.uk photo product
